Dr. Adedayo Odukoya, an Associate Professor of Test & Measurement and the current Dean, College of Leadership and Development Studies, Covenant University, Ota, Nigeria.

He served as Head of Department of Psychology and Director of Lifelong Learning Centre in the same institution. He also served as Principal of Funtaj International School, Kuje, Abuja, a full boarding school with over 300 students and 50 Tutors.

He worked with the West African Examinations Council in Lagos and Accra for eleven years. The exposure afforded him opportunity to serve as Consultant to organizations like UNICEF, UNESCO, IDRC and USAID. He is currently Consultant to Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.

He is also the current Vice Chairman of the Institute of Leadership, Coaching and Strategy.  He is joyfully married and blessed with four children. The first two children graduated from Covenant University in 2014 and 2017 in Biochemistry and Civil Engineering respectively.

He is a founding member and Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Institute of Leadership Coaching and Strategy
