Her employment history commenced with Acton Techniques Limited and Rich-Rotoye Consultants Limited, both of which covered over a decade respectively, reaffirmed her competence in dealing with the complicated nature of HR management issues.

2005 marked a new beginning for Barrister Adeniyi when she joined the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM). She worked her way up in three years with a dint of professionalism, hard work and commitment, occupying various posts that revealed her competence, growth mindset and strategic mind. Her path was further enhanced with an appointment as the Head of the Learning & Development Directorate, where she contributed significantly to how the Institute would develop its approach to professional development. She made significant contributions that were unforgettable, and she left the institute in November of 2008.

Ifeoma is currently, the Executive Director of HR/Compliance at SMADAC Securities Limited, a reputable Fortune Stock Broking firm. She is an experienced HR manager with more than 15 years in this position. She oversees the human resources functions and ensures compliance with the regulatory frameworks.
