Dr. Olasunkade Azeez has garnered high-value net-worth corporate experiences in the last 32 years across diverse sectors and industries including oil and gas, aviation, manufacturing, real estate, and consulting and construction. He has played key roles and achieved milestones as HR Leader, Corporate Training Manager/Head of Learning Centre, Chief Operating Officer, General Manager, Sales Manager, Group Head, astute Business Process Improvement expert, Coach/Mentor, and Senior Consultant over the last three decades and concurrently serving as Managing Consultant of a successful Consulting outfit.

He has been extensively involved at a C-suite level in the Management of various Professional bodies in Nigeria and abroad in the last two decades.                He is a Member of the International Federation of Training and Development Organisation (IFTDO) West Africa Administrative Council. He is the pioneer Lagos State Coordinator of the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance (USA), Nigeria Chapter. He was a past elected Governing Council member and currently a member of the Board of Fellows of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), a Member Board of Trustees of the Institute of Change Management International (ICMi), a past Vice President and member, Board of Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD). He is a Fellow of many Institutes and has served as Chairman of various Committees of Councils with laurels for results-oriented performance.

Ola has presented many papers at several fora – conferences, seminars, webinars, etc in Nigeria and abroad. He is the author of two editions of CIPM’s Learning and Development Study, co-authored a book titled A Compendium of Learning Management Systems and Facilitation (A cookbook for 21^st Century Trainers), and has several other local and international publications in professional journals to his credit and appearances at Conferences across as a Resource Person. He has attended several advanced Management Training programmes in Nigeria and abroad. He served on several Boards of blue chip companies and is a member of the Governing Council of Grandplus College of Education, Ilorin, Kwara State.
